Error saving file "The process does not have access to the file"

It's a great job on the application, I've been using it for a couple of weeks and several times I have the problem when trying to save a file, I get the message "The process does not have access to the file because it is being used by another process (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070020)"

Any way to fix it?
