consider completing 'notable artist' with other 'productive artists' eg in terms of lines in case not not lot of notable artists are available due to the lack of rating in mostly older packs. eg: https://16colo.rs/group/itp

alternative would be to work with a 'curated list' which is likely of better quality but requires human intervention/work.
