Can a macro for keeping heists after finishing them be added?

We can kill the process so in theory yes but I have no idea how to time it. I also never done this glitch so I'm not sure if there are variables (such as lag) that change the timing and it depends on the heist too I suppose. But again you need a reliable trigger of some sorts, do you have an idea?

Very late answer, but:

Yeah, it depends on the heist. You can't exactly time it, since you need to kill the game/remove connection at specific times for each heist. And since reaching those times are up to the players' performance in the heists, it is not logical to add a script for each heist. Unless you are good in those heists, and finish exactly at the same time each heist (Pac Std in 15 mins etc), it is not wise to standardize them.
