Can you provide an example for ‘train/make_dataset.py’ ？EMPIAR data base (entry-ID 10812) is like this?

python train/make_dataset.py dataset root star file --nr_valid nr valid --output output file
The parameter (star file) Which file does it refer to ？thank you!
