1. 部署方式 wvp-pro / zlm都是编译部署/
1. 部署环境 windows
1. 端口开放情况开发
1. 是否是公网部署是
1. 是否使用https 是
1. 接入设备/平台品牌海康
1. 你做过哪些尝试视频预览/录像都无问题
1. 代码更新时间最新一版
1. 是否是4G设备接入否

描述错误
1.配置一个zlm节点，多个客户端同时播放同一设备同一时间段的内容，只能一个客户端看到回放视频，其他浏览器都报超时；

2.录像回放中，恢复和暂停接口报【继续RTP接收失败】【暂停RTP接收失败】的问题，现在是不支持继续和暂停吗，想问下怎么解决；
