wvp-pro云端录像功能无效 #20

wvp-pro：2.6.9
wvp-pro-assist：2.6.9

云端录像页面/#/cloudRecord会请求wvp-pro-assist的接口/record_proxy/zlmediakit-local/api/record/list?page=1&count=15，但是这个接口在几个月前就已经删除了，导致前端会返回404，无法操作云端录像。
国标设备-通道中的云端录像，因为请求查询的是数据库的wvp_cloud_record表，所以返回的也是空，也不能操作云端录像
国标设备-设备录像，无法下载

我现在的2.7.1.都无法录制了拉流代理填好了几秒钟后就停止，不在线，无法录制
