Printer does not start when the temperature is reached to configured numbers

When I start printing, the printer's temperature is reached to settings below.

Settings
Nozzle : 240 degree Celsius
Bed : 105 degree Celsius

The temperature is over the numbers of settings, but not start printing.
I have to toggle the nozzle setting about -5 to 5 degree.
How do I change setting to start the temperature is reached to a target.
