I would like to make a change to turn on/off usb passthrough. Considering that monsoon measures USB power (with Brendan's version),

  • does it make sense to turn passthrough off/on in Monsoon instrument start()/stop() ?
  • If yes, do we add a new function to the instrument for doing this and trigger it from energy.py in LISA?
  • Or do we do both from the monsoon Instrument - add the new function and trigger it ?

If we are able to trust the USB measurement, we don't need to disable the passthrough, right?
