Doxygen docs are not building properly #131

Problem

Currently the doxygen docs are not being fully built. something is broken. Classes like InterruptIn are not being generated in the output doxygen. Some classes are, some are not, the doxygen build is not complete.

Solution

unknown, just reporting a bug

@BlackstoneEngineering Please can you provide more details ?Are you experiencing issues generating docs locally , using doxfile which is part of this repository?

I remember doxygen wouldnt build it, based on the assumptions that a month ago there was no online docs for this stuff I assume I meant the offline docs were broken.
