I have the same question. Did not found any implementation example.
I suppose this example for the deprecated MQTT lib could be migrated: https://os.mbed.com/teams/mqtt/code/HelloMQTT/
It also seems that the TESTS folder contains some examples of usage.

Hello @varichs and @martinbydefault ,
I suggest you look into the TESTS directory. The tests provide an excellent example of how to use the library in different scenarios.
Regarding mbed-os 6, I haven't been working with mbed-mqtt for a while, but I see no reason why it wouldn't work with mbed-os 6. I suggest to try it and come back if you have any issues.
