automatic1111 hires fix error conflicts with desktop window manager

As the title suggests, when I run normally, nothing happens, but when I enable Hires Fix, it starts consuming a lot of VRAM, even though I'm using a 4090. Previously, everything worked very smoothly, but recently, for some reason, it started conflicting with the Desktop Window Manager, pushing GPU utilization to 100%. It doesn't stay at 100% steadily but fluctuates up and down suddenly. If it doesn't cause lag or freezing, it still makes Hires Fix run very slowly. Initially, I thought the issue was due to the driver, browser, or even the GPU, but after switching to ForgeUI, the problem immediately disappeared. I hope the community can help fix this issue since many important extensions can only be used with Automatic1111. In addition, even when i run normally, automatic1111's speed is 60% slower than ForgeUI.
