Add feature to predict and prompt frequent similar expenses

As a lazy user, I want to be the app to be able to predict frequent similar expenses and prompt me to enter them.
As a busy person, I may not have the time to track my expenses everyday. I want the app to be able to suggest to me some frequent expenses that I may have missed when I use it again.
