Since the list command itself lists all patients, the list command with optional parameters needs to have different descriptions. Maybe can say,
By using list with optional parameters, you will be able to filter the list of patients with specific tags or ward.
However, the next line states about the list command with optional parameters. Hence, it would be better to say,
Using list command without optional parameters displays every patient's information.
