Request - Y-Axis should have option Y-Axis type as dashed and X-axis should also need to have a offset option should start from the given values

1. Y-Axis should have option Y-Axis type as dashed.
2. X-axis should also need to have a offset option should start from the given values.(ex: i want my X-axis should start from 1 but its not working now, i have constructd the data based on the suggestion i have , but still its not worked)
