Describe the analysis
Or vs other remote sensing data. NITELite and VIIRS fields (and others) overlap, so we can take correlate NITELite radiances vs VIIRS radiances.

What is the value provided by the analysis?
We do not currently have radiance in physical units, which is critical for a wide value of analysis (e.g. radiative transfer modeling).

@Walzar mentioned that this has been done in some capacity before with our data.

This may be an essential part of an analysis, but is not the core of an analysis by itself.
