[Bug]: Infinity Miner incorrectly configured as Weapon not Mining Tool

What happened?

I cannot test any newer version as I'm playing on a friend hosted server. But long story short in my attempt to try and make a really OP mining tool for some reason Apotheosis registers the Infinity Drill as a weapon not a Mining tool. I'm not sure where to check this in the config files so I don't know if this is a config issue in regards to Apotheosis or Industrial Foregoing. Figured I'd take the time to report it anyway because I didn't know what I was looking for in the configs while trying to rectify this myself.
