Update: It seems to actually be a visual bug, it accepts a diamond upgrade instead of the Netherite upgrade to craft this item. The same bug can be seen on the Netherite Mesh for the Sieve |

What happened?
In order to craft a Netherite Upgrade, you need a Smithing Template, Netherite Ingot and a Netherite Upgrade.
Since the recipe requires itself to craft, it doesn't seem to be craftable.
