There is a paragraph that says I can add comments and/or click a plus when hovering over a paragraph. I see no way to add a comment, nor do I see a plus. The expected behavior is of course for me to see ways to do this. If there's a different link on which this functionality does work, then I'd love to see a link there in the same paragraph.

For this functionality to work, you must be logged in at gitbook and be a member of the team. I never realized this, because I am logged in automagically. I see the following actions as a result of this issue:
Contact support of Gitbook, to see if this can be configured for anonymous users as well
After having signed in at gitbook.com, the two links I provided above still don't have me signed in or able to add comments, so a link to gitbook.com would be welcome.
