does it's indicate detected amplicon is false positive?

Hi, thanks for this question -

AA takes seed regions as input where focal amplifications may exist. If, after studying that region of the genome, it is found that the copy number is not sufficiently high or the region appears to be some sort of low-complexity/repetitive element that is not a true focal amplification, then it will be marked as a "No amp/Invalid" label.
