Mostly a concern for CLI users - if multiple instances of the Aggregator are running at the same time, using the same working directory, then the results/ directory where temporary results are rearranged will collide. We should rename the "results" temporary directories to begin with the prefix given for -o

modify to use UUID as dirname instead of 'results/'
