[Discussion] Improve Automation

Every month we need to create a new file and copy over some stuff, some months we add more conferences, some times we add some extra slides, sometimes we have some more prizes to give away, hoster changes, speaker changes and so forth.

What if we could automate some of this away?

• can we auto-generate the new file?
• do we need a new file?
• can we put data in a yml file and have it loaded?
• can we JS the hell out of this thing and let it pull data?
