After the best ldpred score has been determined, either test the score on validation data (split UKBB data? MVP?) or cross-validation in R

Can have access to TOPMED data via Sowmi

When the validation data is set, consider running Step 1 again and including the command vbim. vbim is a set of validation SNPs that are shared between, in our case, GWAS SS, UKBB and TOPMED.
