allow to change colors, fonts, sizes of all elements of the interface (height and/or width)

Use libSharedMedia (Shared handling of media data (fonts, sounds, textures, ...) between addons)

font Add font customization #168
add FrameStrata manager for each frame (a select for each frame or a general one for all of them)
Add the Resize icon in Current Step like Quest Order List (if not attach to quest log, reset size to normal if attach + save the unattach size )
Select background texture
