You can't use your custom OSM dataset when the TerraConfig class (from T--) isn't configurable.
So is it possible to add a terraconfig.yml file to enable customization?

Hi,
Custom datasets are implemented in Terra--, so you should be able to just drop your config in the Terra++ folder that gets created at the root of the server.
