You must have OpenSSL installed for this script to work to install on windows run the command "winget install ShiningLight.OpenSSL"
Once OpenSSL is installed create a folder and put cert.ps1 in it
open a powershell window and cd into the folder you created once in the folder run the command .\cert.ps1
