Add DANE information

So I think I remember now... back then you said you still wanted to change / add some things. That's what kept it. Anyways, I agree!

If you want I can ask at work (in January 2019) for a review of the DNS / DNSSEC and DANE sections. Pretty good pros in this field there...

Same here. My plan is to create a new branch for DANE and port the now old Latex stuff into it. While I am at it I will review/rewrite. Once I'm done I will create a pull-request.
