Update url alias of bixaler's that don't have one

A new alias pattern was added for Bixaler, but old ones are not affected by the bulk generate. Instead create an update hook similar to https://drupal.stackexchange.com/questions/64985/rebuild-all-paths-for-a-content-type for any bixaler that does not have an alias yet.

Once the update for taxonomy ref form display is tested/merged, I can get all these aliases generated!
