I created a ticket with OPs to get access to the Google account so I can make some reCaptcha keys for local and non-prod envs https://bixal-servicedesk.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/9/OPIF-426

Also, I set up the site wide form to email myself as well so I can note if any more spam gets by now that reCaptcha is working.
