Describe the bug
Function load_plugin_textdomain was called incorrectly notice appears when running Boldgrid SEO on the WP 6.7 Beta 1

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Install WP 6.7 Beta 1
  2. Activate Boldgrid SEO
  3. See errors on dashboard
