Default embed color white instead of black

All members with no role have their embed messages in black which is very ugly. Turning it to white would make it prettier.

Another color than white would do the trick

Maybe it could be configured by the server ?

That's actually a good idea. Wouldn't be too hard to implement either. I'll wait until I've improved ConfigFile some before fixing this though.
