css and CETEIcean should live in git and update on push (3days?)

there may be more complications with this one, but like the solr xsl, the CSS and perhaps the js library for CETEIcean should also be part of the iip-texts git repo and update on push as the inscription text do already.

This would be done in stages

1. move the files and make sure they propagate when pushed
2. Make that the active css/js and test
3. delete the old files and test
