textpart line number display

Presently, inscriptions with multiple textparts have an overlapping line display. https://library.brown.edu/iip/viewinscr/tibe0004/ - notice how the number 1 and 5 overlap upon mouse-over of the edited Greek transcription.

I would also note that there is also a related problem that unless each textpart begins with , the last line of one textpart and the first line of the following display on the same line. Unfortunately, I'm not sure how to easily search to find all instances to fix this, though I have done so for tibe0004.
