Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Angular 11.2.14 is still outdated, and in line with the idea of keeping CATcher and WATcher at par, CATcher is now updated to Angular 12.

Describe the solution you'd like
Upgrade of Angular and its dependencies for WATcher to version 12.
