Submission statistics page

We could create a page that summarizes current submissions, such as:

• cancer types (# each)
• number of submissions by Tier
• Date of last update and number of new submissions in update

This could even appear directly on the home page.

I think much of this is now covered by the addition of the Dashboard Content Summary table on the landing page, as well as the browse buttons for cell lines and disease context

Still not implemented are statistics about most recent update: Date of last update and number of new submissions in update.
