The glossary should include the definitions of all data items. The labels of data items should be linked to the glossary so that clicking on the label will define the term. For example, the DanaFarber has many items listed as “having a significant consistency score” and the score with a numerical value is given, but there is no easy way to understand how that consistency score was calculated and what the value means. Rather than have to Google this and leave the Dashboard, it would be better to have a quick link within the Dashboard to the definition.

Issue posted above was part of feedback received from UTSW on Oct 15, 2015. We have already discussed this during May 2015 teleconference and decided that Centers should define unique terms in the submission template. May be we should include this as part of QC process for the submissions?
