Hi! Sorry if this is inappropriate as an issue and feel free to close it if so, but I thought best to ask knowledgeable users how you suggest I fork this in order to show inbreeding, backcrosses, tangled trees, etc within a phylogenetic tree. Is it possible to loop through and bundle related families together and merge and tangle trees as necessary?
