Update contact information in NAAN records #29

John Kunze reports that he is listed as the contact in NAAN records 13030 (CDL) and 90135 (ONEShare Data Service).

These should be updated and we should do a scan of resources to determine what else might need to be updated (NAAN records and elsewhere).

Note that these should reference a role account that will survive personnel turnover.
