Update the uc3-dmp-id gem to work with the new related_works dynamo structure

We changed up the way related_works that are discovered by our harvesters are stored in the DynamoDB table. They are no longer stored as part of the DMP ID record. We need to update the gem to fetch these mods and attach them to the DMP ID when it is constructing the response.
