Currently either using Cluster or Super_Cluster

Clinically have found it more helpful when looking at pathways to use, could term Cluster_Group:
0
1to7
8
10to15
16to17
18to21

https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/499475/Annex_B4_Mental_health_clustering_booklet.pdf p.20 clusters will go into the package. For the cluster_group detailed in this issue @BendM2019 I would like to see more written about why these are clinically useful.
