When users enter keywords, data types, isAbout it would be good to have recommandation of terms based on NIDM for example.

This is linked to CONP-PCNO/conp-dataset#620 where most of the terms we find in the DATS files of CONP have been pushed to NIDM.

@surchs @zxenia feel free to update the issue description.
