VSS itself doesn't have a sense of time - when did the signal originate, broadcast on CAN* (low priority signals get discarded), available to data broker, requested through API, etc.

For data campaigns we need one or more definitions of time, use metadata to differentiate which.

Review VSSo ontology discussion notes and specification which uses W3C SSN and SOSA. Also reach out to OEM, supplier and other data scientists on what they chose for a representation.
