vspec2ttl broken!

The tool vspec2ttl is currently broken. It is as of today considered as an "optional" tool, there is practically no tests on using it. It is using the old vspec framework that now has been refactored.

Is anyone interested in maintaining it?

@adobekan @sschleemilch - I think this one originally comes from BMW. Do you have interest in updating it so it works with the refactored internal model. Or should we rather move it to "obsolete" for now and see if someone wants to pick it up?

• Daniel - can take it over, would rather improve than just making it compatible, if no-one is using it.
• Erik: So keep it broken for now as no-one uses it.
