Mobile login doesn't work every time

Description

Oftentimes, mobile login takes multiple tries in order to successfully log in. A solution was proposed by Blockstack and this ticket should address trying to implement that.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to https://coronatrackerbeta.com on mobile
2. Try to log in

Expected behavior:

User is always able to log in on the first try

Actual behavior:

Sometimes it takes multiple tries for the user to log in

Reproduces how often:

~75% of the time
