To visualise the VTS operator aid we should design an Nautis Scenario

This scenario should show the capability of our software.
Thus they should broadly do the following:

Normal operations (all ships following designated path)
Path deviations (this should trigger a warning that a ship is deviating.
Reassigning of destinations (spoofed as Nautis doesn't support new paths.)
