采用全新置顶推荐专区取代置顶轮播。
优点是能更快加载完成首页置顶，以及采用采用二级页面专区的形式会比置顶轮播更具拓展性及自定义。能够置顶的内容更多。
缺点是不能第一眼展示多个文章的置顶，以及损失首页的灵动感。
