EqualizerAPO installation prevents others from being installed.

Describe the bug

If EqualizerAPO is queued for installation among other installations. It somehow prevents every other app from being installed. It also asks for powershell credentials in the beginning.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Install'
2. Click on 'EqualizerAPO and other random apps that might need installing'
3. It queus the install with winget, asks for powershell credentials, if you click yes, it'll ask for credentials and halt the installation, if you click 'no' the installation proceeds but another powershell will open up with chocolatey trying to grab the other apps however the source doesn't exist.
4. EqualizerAPO installs normally while the rest fails.

Expected behavior

All the other apps along with EqualizerAPO installs normally without a hitch.

Unselect EqualizerAPO and Spotify from installation because both apps will ask for credentials and prevent installation of other apps from finishing.
