Lims Issue

Description:

We have received a request to build a tool for trending the number of top-ups we have during a given timeframe.

Input should be:

  • Apptag
  • From date
  • To date

Output should be in .csv or .xslx format:

  • Sample
  • Total reads per run
  • Reads missing per run
  • Total amount of top-ups

The output file should be formatted so that mean values and plots can easily be produced.
