Should probably update the renderers in the client (especially DDrawCompat) since it should be inline with Steam/EA app

I've updated both cnc-ddraw and ddrawcompat to the latest versions and only tested minorly, but no issues what so ever.

That said though, compared to how old our cnc-ddraw is and the new one, not sure what changes to have looked out for.
