Description

As a user, I want perform damage assessment on people, property and infrastructure so that I can know the extent of incident event occurred.

API:

  • I should be able to record economic loss in US Dollar and Local currency
  • I should be able to record people affected, dead, missing, injured, evacuated etc.
  • I should be able to assess damaged roads, crops, hospitals and houses etc.
  • I should be able to record affected sectors i.e transport, communication etc.

Web UI:

  • I should be able to record incident assessment
  • I should be able to view incident assessments
  • I should be able view aggregated incident assessment
