Make enhancement and basis UI update

The idea in this issue is to discuss some additional ideas for UI enhancement. Currently, we don't have a concrete plan for enhancement.

Feel free to share the ideas if you have any.

For UI reference, some of the websites that are built using the Census Reporter:

The major UI enhancement hasn't been planned, but it will be intresting to add "Story Showcase" & "Blog" in the NepalMap (taking reference from Tanzania), where we can feature the stories of data reuse, etc.

looking at the tanzania example, it seems like they are using 3rd party for blog (medium) and showcase (some other site)

are we envisioning to create our own blog or follow a similar pattern and just link out?
